Laure Kloetzer obtained a DEA in cognitive science from EHESS / Ecole Polytechnique / Université Paris 5 in 1998, then a doctorate in work psychology from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), in Paris. Post-doctoral fellow at the TECFA laboratory (Training and Learning Technologies) at the University of Geneva, she then returned to the CNAM to work as a lecturer in psychology and as a research associate at the Center for Research on Work and Development. She has been collaborating with the University of Neuchâtel since 2015.

Lifelong development, social and technological learning, psychological analysis of linguistic or dialogical activities, research methodologies.
